The most easiest way is to bunk from 1st class.
To bunk from middle of the class:
Jump from the window only when your teacher is facing to blackboard
Call your friend from your mobile and ask him to tell your teacher that another teacher is calling you
Tell your teacher that you are not feeling well and you'll vomit if he/she doesn't allow you to go out
And if you have guts, Go directly to your teacher and tell him/her that you're going out no need of his/her permission
